Terms and Conditions

  1. Principal University-based proposals should be submitted through the proper channel.
  2. The area of research can be from any stream of education, with preference given to current affairs.
  3. Proposals must be submitted in the prescribed format.
  4. The project duration should range from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years.
  5. The project status section must be officially submitted to the head of the institution, and the grant will be transferred to the institute.
  6. Permanent/regular college teachers, preferably Assistant Professors (Lecturers), who wish to undertake research along with teaching work are eligible.
  7. Permanently employed teachers in self-financing institutions must fulfill the conditions stipulated by the UGC.
  8. Colleges/Institutions forwarding proposals must have adequate research facilities.
  9. All rights are reserved to the Research Committee (Ayush Jansewa Sanstha).

Procedure for Release of Grants

  1. The grant will be released to the Principal of the College.
  2. A copy of the final project report, along with a soft copy, must be submitted.
  3. A consolidated, itemized, detailed statement of expenditure incurred during the project period must be provided in the prescribed proforma, duly signed and sealed by the Principal and the Principal Investigator.
  4. An audited Utilization Certificate, detailing the amount actually used for the project, must be submitted. This must be signed and sealed by a Chartered Accountant, the Principal, and the Principal Investigator in the prescribed proforma.
  5. Any unutilized grant must be refunded immediately via a demand draft drawn in favor of the Ayush Jansewa Sanstha.
